A cozy terrace designed to enjoy the northeast breeze will tempt you to sit back and relax. Ideal for singles, couples, or a family of four. A cozy terrace with a pergola, BBQ tools & night string lights are at your disposal to enjoy the utmost.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and the owner lives next door. However, you have complete privacy and your own parking space. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen are combined. The terrace with a pergola is available for private use. The apartment can accommodate 1-5 people.
Our night rate includes electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.
Electricity is free until 10 kWh per day. The meter readings will be noted at check-in and check-out.
Basic Essentials are provided such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, dishwashing soaps, etc. Clean towels, shower gels, and shampoo are also available.
The apartment has two rooms, but it can accommodate five people. There is an extra guest fee of $15 per person per night, for more than 4 guests. Children under the age of 15 stay for free.
